Refund policy

If at any time during the first 30 days from purchase date, you are dissatisfied with your product, you may contact us at 866-693-0221 for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). We will send you a RMA number and further instructions. You may request an exchange or refund. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
